Trapani, Sicily: between sea, mountains, islands, hills, lagoons...

Studying Italian in a land kissed by the sun and full of natural beauties

Trapani is the Italian province closest to Africa, having an enviable climate and many  natural reserves. For those who wish to attend an Italian language school in Italy and love nature, Trapani is perfect to combine study Italian and exploring the pristine Mediterranean nature.

Trapani lies in a unique natural context, between sea and mountain, framed by the Egadi Islands to the West, the Saltpans to the South and by Mount Erice to the East, with the sea on two sides and surrounded a fertile hilly landscape.

During an Italian study stay in Trapani we strongly recommend you to visit at least two of the three Egadi Islands (Favignana, Levanzo, Marettimo), the Stagnone Saltpans and the coast between San Vito lo Capo and Castellammare del Golfo, which includes Scopello and the Zingaro reserve. And the 360° view over the whole area from the top of Erice is totally unmissable!

Dicono di noi...

I wanted to thank you very much for having Rosanna in Trapani, she not only learnt a huge amount of italian but also had a wonderful time.  I believe she is planning on coming back as she was totally inspired by the cooking. I have a feeling you have not heard the last from her!  Many thanks
